Privacy notice (POPIA).

The short version: we only collect what the booking form asks, we use it only to look after your booking, and we never sell or share it.

Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you send a booking request, we collect only what the form asks: your name and contact details, your pets' details, and your dates. We use this information to manage your booking and to contact you about it – nothing else. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox on the form) and the steps needed to enter into the boarding contract with you.

How your form reaches us

Booking form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms, a form-relay service, and then live in our email. We don't run marketing lists, we don't sell or share your information, and we only disclose it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Booking correspondence is kept as part of our ordinary business records, for as long as those records are needed.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it – just email us. If you believe we've handled your information improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
